Wow! We had such a wonderful time here! We spent four nights over the recent Valentines/President's Day weekend. Flavorful and beautifully prepared breakfasts while still being healthful and light enough that we could walk away from the table able to enjoy our days. Great advice on what to do during the day, where to dine at night, and lots of fun chats. The rooms and fixtures are very modern but subtle and tasteful and lovely; not fussy or cluttered. Outside you are in the country, away from city crowds and lights and noise. Inside everything is well thought out, available and comfortable. We will definitely come here again when in the Eugene area; I cannot think of any reason to ever go anywhere else.
My husband I went her for our honeymoon. I was clean beautiful cozy. The staff freindly & mad us feel at home. His food was delicious food. Every year we decided on our anniversary we want to go back.
I booked a room for my parents who had just suffered a loss and needed a reprieve from the world. When I asked my folks how the stay was it was the first time they sounded happy since the incident. They loved the accommodations and relaxing grounds but were most impressed with Karen and Toms kindness and generosity. Karen and Tom took special care of my folks and gave them the respite they desperately needed. I can't thank them enough and I look forward to a time when we can all meet together and enjoy this very special place with very special hosts.
Beautiful setting, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Tom and Karen are great hosts and the breakfasts are wonderful. It is close to the river and being out in the country it is quiet at night. If you are looking to relax and have quiet this is the the place to stay!
Really nice big rooms with lots of natural light. I will say that the scale of the place, while nice, threw me. I'm used to a BnB being more charming and quaint. This place is more like a large, modern, high end home. Breakfast was good and host were friendly. And I loved the tub in our room. The only thing I was a little disappointed with is how far the river is. It's still a stone's throw however. I imagine flooding is an issue so it's understandable, but they should have a gazebo, firepit or some nice area closer to the river.
