We rented a good room with air conditioning and a TV at an affordable price. The continental breakfast buffet is well stocked with biscuits, eggs, fruit juices, and two waffle-making machines with a batter dispenser. The front desk lady even baked cookies for guests to eat! They have a business center with a computer and a laser printer.
Place is great. I stayed here twice this month. Five days each time. Both times I arrived after check in (about 3:45) and my room wasn't ready. First time I waited 45 minutes. Second was about 15 minutes. Which wasn't as bad as the first. But when check in is at 3 and i shouldn't have to wait.
If you are using a GPS navigation system to reach this inn, note that it may not think you can turn left from Gateway St onto Game Farm Rd if you are going north. There is a left turn available, and we know this because we took it. I reported the problem to Google Maps, so it might be fixed by the time you go there.
Each room has a note card that states help us save water by hanging towels. Also towels and linings will be changed every 3 days unless asked. Well mine was changed everyday. I am not complaining about it but they need to stand by what they say.
Excellent service, beginning with the reservations. When we entered the building the front desk greeted us and presented us with fresh cookies. On arriving to our room, inside ,the lights were lit and the heat was on, when it was so chilly.
Very clean rooms. The breakfast was very good with a good variety of foods to choice from. The hotel was very quiet and the staff were all very pleasant
Right off the freeway, but very quiet inside. We stay here a few times every year. Breakfast is good. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is responsive to requests. Swimming pool is outside.
