Always friendly. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. A very good brewhouse right next door
Made a bad road trip better. Having to travel over Halloween was not good when you have kids along. However the front desk staff was very helpful and let us know where the local good neighborhoods were so my grandchild wouldn't miss out. Overnight stay was nice and quiet as well. Thanks!
This is a NICE hotel. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I came in with my husband, 2 seniors, 1 toddler, 2 dogs and the whole family visiting from out of the country. They were super friendly with all my family including the furry ones! BREAKFAST - delicious breakfast (omelette, cereal, etc) but the pork isn't healthy and I think it should be taken off the menu and lean on the vegetarian side, turkey hamburger were healthier and the soy milk was the healthier option they had when comes to milk. Hot and cold choices available and they have fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, hot chocolate etc, after hours!. CLEANLINESS - This hotel is clean, super clean. I will definitely be back and I can not emphasize the kindness of their workers towards the dynamics of my family (patient seniors, active toddlers, curious dogs, etc) and that did it for me and will do for you too! PD: They offer nice toy packages for doggies to keep them entertained, its a toy and other items :) super nice!
Everything I would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful. I forgot my toothpaste and they supplied me with some. Lots of food options nearby and easy freeway access. Would be a good place to stop for the night if traveling futher north or south. All in all its not the fanciest place but I had no complains.
The first night people slamming doors and stomping up the stairs. The second night kids running up and down the halls yelling. I asked management if there was a noise ordinance at the hotel. Since it was after 10 p.m. He said he already asked the kids to stop. Then it didn't stop. A half hour later we asked the kids to stop and told them we and our kids are trying to sleep. All this around 11p.m. And later. Not even a half an hour later it started again. At this time my wife went to the front desk and was quite upset. And on her way back told all the kids who were all gathered in the hall she was tired and it is getting late and we are done with the noise. With no help from the employees or staff at the hotel. I felt this was unacceptable since our bill was close to $400 for two nights.we could have stayed at a motel in the ghetto with less hassle. I am not even feeling a single star. Except our room was made up nicely while we were out. A thumbs down for sure.
