Sam was amazing! He helped my husband and I stay in budget and find a bed we are quite comfortable on. It's not an easy task, as we are opposite sides of the spectrum. He stayed open late to finish our transaction. I wish we had realized that without buying their mattress protector it negated the 100 day satisfaction guarantee. Sam was quite professional and polite. He also played with our toddler for a while while we got to really try the beds.

Excellent experience and highly recommended! After a lot of research into local mattress dealers I decided to start with Mattress Mania's Springfield location. I initially bought 2 twin size mattresses for my older 2 kiddos and everyone is extremely happy with the quality and price! Daniel helped me and was very helpful and informative. He was happy to answer all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and was very respectful of my budget. Since that experience was so positive, my husband and I returned to see about purchasing a king size mattress set for ourselves. Daniel helped us again and we couldn't have asked for better service. The store is exceptionally clean, family-friendly, and has a very relaxed air so we were able to take our time and make sure we got exactly the right mattress set.
