Gary and his team are A+ professionals ! They have done many projects for me that other RV shop would not have. They are extreamly professional and I would recomend them to anyone. Although small in selection I had a great experience here. I was looking for slide out stands but didn't see them, I was approached by Jolene(hope I spelled that right) who showed me some used ones for $65. I felt the price was a little high for a used product. She looked up the same product and I found out they are over $100 brand new. She ended up selling them to me for $55. So in summary the staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to negotiate with you. I wish they were closer to where I live.
We have purchased several things from this store. The owner seems knowledgeable but doesn't seem to know how to run a business. I needed a part and was told in no uncertain terms that this was the correct part but if I opened it I own it. Period. It was made very clear I would eat my $41.20. They didn't make much effort to find the proper part and the one they insisted would work wasn't even the right part. I drove home and got on the Internet to discover that indeed, this part won't work. Turns out they didn't even check the label on the bag, it's even the wrong part! Drove all the way back to the store and they don't have the right part. No apology, no joy, just fairly mean people and we narrowly escaped owning $40+ of useless rubber. We will not be going back to this place.

They knew exactly what I needed to fix my problem. Friendly fast help. I'm looking forward to seeing and buying all the other little things to make my small home more comfortable. They will be getting all my business from now on.
We called hoping to ask questions about components and if our concepts are realistic. They were unwilling to answer any questions and kept insisting we come in. They would not even provide us with an email address. She informed us that we would have to come in again. I responded that we live far away and as soon as we were sure they had what we need, we would be more then happy to drive to them for our purchases. She rudely responded that they do not do business like that and hung up the phone.
