My car was in and out for a major repair. Randy was kind and patient with me. Everyone here are honest and kind. They will not give you a hard time or make you feel silly. They do an amazing job on the cars! I adore them and will not be taking my car anywhere else!
Honest, prompt and fair. My girlfriend and I were traveling through the Springfield, Eugene area and involved in a modest collision returning from a short day hike. Brian and the staff had us back on the road the same day we put the car in for repairs. Professional work, very reasonable price. Strongly recommended.
They charge too much just to see what the problem with your air conditioner is. They charge me almost 300 just to check it and add some refrigerant, which they finished just trying to figuring out. This business does not offer estimates, is not like when you go to les Schwab where you can ask prices for anything and they will tell you, or when you go to the Ruiz auto repair on 32nd st, they can offer estimates as well, but for this guys everything is variable, i feel like they want to be able to raise your charges freely
They usually fix whatever I need fixed on the three cars I have. They have a great and easy atmosphere and they are easy to understand my novice descriptions of what my car is doing to fix it.
Honest work, have gone several times for various issues and repairs have always been good quality. Never felt like I got overcharged, and at least twice they didn't charge us for small extra services. The first time I went to them, I was told it was close to not being worth the cost of the vehicle to repair it, with a few other problems imminent. Could have easily just taken the work (and I did go ahead and have all the repairs done and drove another 4 years). It feels like every time they really listen, and give me a good idea of what is going on. I haven't had a bad experience yet and will keep going back!
