I thought they were decent until I was denied flea meds in my time of need. My dog was having a huge bout of fleas and they wanted a full on appointment that they couldn't for a week anyway. Was forced to go buy frontline which is horrible for him because it was better then what he had. I will reluctantly go back because they are his vet but I generally don't feel his health is in their best interest. a 30 dollar med had to be a 80-120 visit and the 30 for meds just to get it. why.....i would have done the appointment but he needed the meds sooner. Sad really.
I am glad we have 24 hour care available, but it could be done better. Its expensive and then no guaranty if its done right... they should have seen their error when we took our pet back for the infection. The exam rooms could be cleaner for a health clinic and they definitely need more staff.
It was after hours on a weekend.
Was able to get an appointment for the following day. Staff and vet were great with our little animal child. Very friendly and accommodating. Never felt like we were being rushed or overcharged and all of our questions and concerns were addressed appropriately.
I was nervous about finding another vet but Dr Jess took such great care of my kitty. He had just had his teeth pulled due to his horrible case of stomatitis and needed a post-op check up. They were patient and gentle with him. They did a thorough check up on him and really put me at ease. Looks like I found our new vet. Highly recommend.
To get stitches for our dog, we waited 1 1/2 hours, after 3 hours we got to go home. Less than 48 hours we went back, site was infected. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting we finally got seen. In my opinion they are very understaffed for the volume of patients.
Next day took our pet to our regular vet, site needs to be redone, they had stitched it up wrong, no way for infection to drain.
I LOOOOVE this Vet and the staff. They go above and beyond. And genuinely care for all animals. My Dog is part of our family and they treat her like it too. They dont treat her like a "dog" thank you guys for all the help and everything you've done.
