Don't hesitate to bring your animal here.

Edit: the price of our dogs surgery and care was on par with what other vets would have charged.

This place must be used only in life threatening, time sensitive emergencies! If your pet can make it until regular business hours then do so. Although they will tell you that you're pet needs to come see a vet immediately, which the receptionist told every caller during our three hour visit. From the minute you walk in the door the only thing on any of their minds is securing payment for your pet. You are not a human with a pet in need of immediate treatment rather than a big chunk of money they are eager to secure. The first question they will ask you is how you are able to pay and once your animal is taken behind the operating doors they will be sure to persuade you to run every possible test whether it is necessary for them to do so or not. I could not be any more displeased with my experience. They will not provide you with any suggestions or theories on what the best route to take is rather than tell you that they need to run multiple tests until they can figure out exactly what it is. Everyone but the doctor himself will come out to tell you about your pet although if they leave you with no actual information that would allow you to make an educated decision of what is best for your pet. As we were leaving I learned that the vet technician that had been relaying information to us the entire time had never even seen my dog in the three hours I was there yet she was the one describing to me his current state and well-being. Do plenty of online research regarding your pets illness or condition before you bring them to this place and be sure you have enough money in the bank to cover the hefty expenses or you will have wasted your time driving there.

Really appreciate the kindness of the staff and the Dr on duty when we came here tonight with our sick cat. We have been twice and this time in particular the Dr was very compassionate and gentle. We had to put the cat to sleep, and they made a little paw print ornament for us to keep. Very thoughtful (and free). It is an emergency services facility, so they have to triage just like a human emergency room. The most dire cases go first and so you may have to wait if it is not the most critical emergency at the moment. All my vets always refer to this facility for emergency services, and we would return if necessary. Thank you to Dr Bailey tonight in particular for his kindness.

I almost drove a half hour away to another emergency vet due to the negative reviews given here. And I understand some of the frustrations, but overall I had a good experience and would return if emergency care was needed again. We arrived with my dog very sick. It didn't take long to be put into a room, and they were fairly busy, about 4 other cars in the parking lot. It did take quite some time to actually be seen by an assistant, but once we were, we got her undivided attention and she cared. She helped me make the right decisions, what all needed to be done versus what my budget would allow. Ultimately saved me a lot of stress and some money. Her honest input allowed me to make an informed decision on the care.. we did not get to really ever see the actual dvm. And once your dog is handed over to receive care, you don't really see the pet again until they are discharged. My regular vet allows me to be much more involved and hands on with my dogs care, which i prefer. But all in all, if your pet needs emergency care, they get the job done and do what's needed to help save your pet... Rebecca, the gal who was on duty working with my dog did amazing and really made things easy on us all. Very compassionate and caring-- She made our experience exceptional.

They will always have our utmost gratitude.

I wouldn't go to this place unless it is your only option. They appear to have no sympathy and only care about the money you have. They wanted to charge a ridiculous amount ($300) to cremate my family dog and $50 for the urn which was basically a cheap cookie tin. When they found out we didn't have that kind of money they pretty much told us to get out. We had nowhere to bury or keep our dog so we asked them to at least keep him frozen until we could figure something out and they said sure, for $200 even though they said it'd be free on the phone. At that point I couldn't stop my self from crying, it was the holiday season, I was in the process of moving and had no resources to help my family through this troublesome time. I couldn't stop myself from crying, as soon as I started crying the lady looked around like I was causing a scene and told me she couldn't help if I didn't have the funds to pay for it and walked away. I get she couldn't cut me a deal, it was the businesses policy to have certain outrageous prices for simple procedures. But she didn't need to be so cold to my family and I. A simple bit of sympathy and understanding would have made this difficult process that much easier. Especially since they said on the phone they would hold him for free until we could bring him to Rest Assured Pet Cremation which a much more understanding, affordable place.

We were nearly scared off by the negative reviews here and it almost cost us our beloved dog.

There were probably 7 or 8 people on staff who did their job extremely well and saved our dogs life. She had to have an emergency surgery in the middle of the night on a busy sunday. (7/8/17)
