Awanda stated you shouldn't go because they charge for help if you don't get your phone there. Its true but only because Boost mobile is an online store and the stores you see are independent dealers. They sell Boost products and shouldn't be expected to work for free.

Do right by the customer. A phone is way too personal a choice to get stuck with one you don't want, so... do business with them? Yes. But don't walk out of the store with a phone you don't want and their word that young can swap it out if you don't like it. If they don't get the other phone in, you're just stuck with it.

Wonderful people.always going the extra mile for there customers. We have been going to that same office now go over 15+ years

As for James Taylor ,They have a return policy. If you didn't take your phone back with in the time allowed to exchange it then that's on you. I guarantee even if they didn't have the Bolt in(which if they said it would be in by a certain date then it was in.They don't bs their customers) then you could have exchanged it for a different android if you really truly weren't happy with the iPhone. Something doesn't add up here... Based on other reviews you have posted it seems to be a habit of your to complain. Must be nice to have that kind of time on your hands.

The people that own this shop and work there are amazing. I will say 2 things in regards to the 2 negative reviews I saw.

From the beginning I didn't like iPhones, and was told they would have the Bolt in a couple days. I called twice and left message, just missed them once at the store. As late as today, still no Bolt and now I'm stuck with the iPhone. Friendly only counts when you

P.S. 3 months later, I've gone to T-Mobile for a better deal and can use my own phone.

This place will go above and beyond to make things right for their customers but they cant make you follow the rules set out. If you are interested in Boost mobile you should absolutely check THIS store out! It has a nice relaxing atmosphere. They wont pressure you into buying anything you don't need. They truly care about their customers!

I have know the people at this particular store for a very long time. They put a lot of pride in there work and always go the extra mile for there Customers. And from what I read in ur post the situation is entirely ur fault.. did you or did you not state that they told you you had 7days?.... anyways I would just like to advise people looking at his post that before taking his advice on anything please click his name and read other things he has said because to me it honestly looks like he just enjoys complaining about anything and every thing even if the issues was his own fault.
