This is definitely the best Carl's Jr in our area. Staff is always friendly, especially the girls that work at the the drive in window. Never ever experienced any long waits either. Burgers are much better quality and better tasting than those at Burger King. And Jack in the Box and McDonald's burgers are simply awful, compared to Carls' Jr. The restaurant is super clean, and was recently remodeled, so it is much nicer to eat in compared to others. Milkshakes are great too. I'll attach some photos that I took of the restaurant.
It's about the average Carl's, nothing terribly out of the ordinary. It's managed well and kept pretty clean.
Went through the drive through at 12:06pm on 8/15. The lady working it would barely acknowledge me, took my money, handed me my bag, never said a word just scowled at me. I just said ok, thanks and drove off. They are usually very friendly here.
Went through the drive thru ordered a #1 (hot dog & double cheese burger) and #3 (double cheese burger & onion rings) both supposed to come with a cookie and drink. With the #1 we got no ketchup with the hot dog or fries just one small packet of mustard. With the number 3 there was 5 onion rings and a bunch of fries thrown in the box and no cookie or any kind of dipping sauce. The hamburger in the #3 looked as though it had been smooshed between 2 books before it was placed in the box. Had we not been in a hurry we would have turned around and complained. I would not recommend this particular Carl's Jr to anyone.
Another wonderful experience tonight over @ Carl's Jr Gateway mall! Good food! Excellent service! Great attitude!
