Doctor in E. R. was very uncaring. If you are in pain, don't go. They treat you like your a drug addict. I have never done drugs, alcohol or anything like that. I am a grandmother to 9 children. I can't even move my arm because of pain. I can't even get dressed by myself. Did he care? No!! The nurses there were good. I was not even taken into the emergency room. Just a small room out front. I have been crying for two days because of the pain. Do I want pain meds? No, I just want some help and relief from the pain. They just say see your primary doctor. I am on medicare and have been trying to find a doctor for months. Most doctors don't want to take someone on Medicare or they are not accepting new patients. I suppose here in Oregon they are trying to get rid of the elderly and handicap. I suppose all I can do now is cry and hope that God will take care of me. Because nobody else will and certainly not this doctor in the E. R.

Very kind fast an efficient, did additional test to verify concern, was not pushed through like some hospitals do, very very nice environment, I would choose that hospital over any other hospital anywhere !!!!!!!

Thank you

Check your medicine and DON'T pay them up front unless you know they are right. They checked my insurance and said that I'd have to pay 20% out of pocket and they said if I paid now they'd give me a discount of 20%. However it turned out I only had to pay $200 dollars after insurance. However they are sitting on my remaining $766.50 because I now have to regularly see their wound clinic (which will also be covered by insurance) but because there might be a fee they are going to sit on my money. They've also said that after they get EVERYTHING to a zero balance it will take 4 to 6 weeks to issue a refund. It'll take months for me to get that money back and I never really had to give them one red cent when they called. When they call before your procedure tell them you'd rather wait to find out how much you owe after they bill your insurance.

On top of that while I was there they gave me the wrong medicine. They actually hooked up an IV bag with someone else's name on it to me!!!

Amazing staff! I had surgery to get my gallbladder removed and EVERYONE was nice, caring, helpful, professional, complete, encouraging, warm, intelligent, and the best all around medical staff I've ever seen or experienced. 100% recommend for all your medical needs!

Well I new it would be more than 30 minutes, maybe 1.5 or 2 hours but over 4 hours, still waiting to see the PA. No one even comes to check on us, not happy. I would recommend you to go somewhere else.
