One star is for the customer service. Employees are rude and so is the management. I understand working in retail is a job that keeps you busy a lot but I don't think it's the customers fault when labels are off (not only once but many times this has happened) but the item description fits and once you check out the item is more then the label says and they wont honor the price the labLe says. No the employee removes the label and basically calls the customer a liar . For the manager to say he and the employees there don't get payed enough to stay on top of things is just very unprofessionel. Only reason why I like this place is because I get good deals and often find products from the country that I am from. Please please owner of this store ( since it is individually owned) tell your employees to be on top of their job after all they are getting payed for doing a job and train them in being better at their customer service.
Friendly and helpful employees. Many items priced lower than anywhere else in town.
Very very cheap food. Huge selection of food and goods. If you are a smart shopper or like to save a penny/few dollars I recommend for your shopping needs. They have some off brands but taste like main brands. I spend 200.00 and can fill two carts for my large family. At other stores that costs me 400.00 easily.
Its a really well organized store and the aisle are neat,clean and stocked.
Call it " the groc out" , the used food store, the canned food werewolf- or whatever, the wine section is impressive. Lots of vegan and vegetarian convenience foods in the freezer section as well as a fair selection of standard fair. I like the non food sections for a unique selection of bargain priced detergents, hair care and makeup, housewares and holiday items. Never really know what to expect there.
And the employee are really friendly
