I had some flowers delivered to my girlfriend on Valentines day, and while I understand that's the busiest day of the year for florists, you'd think they'd be prepared. The flowers my girlfriend recieved were not only not blooming at all, but they smelt like cigarettes. It was extremely dissapointing to hear my girlfriends voice when I asked if she liked the flowers and she said the smelt like cigarette smoke. Then I saw them myself and only about two flowers were blooming. Wouldn't recomend them to a friend at all.
Extremely disappointed in their services, i went in there and order my corsage and boutonniere, i specified that i wanted all pale pink roses and paid for all roses, come the day of prom, i go in to pick them up, im surprised with some small white flowers on both the corsage and boutonniere, no roses whatsoever. The boutonniere fell apart in the process of pictures and the corsage lasted no more than 40 minutes at the actual dance. Never ordering ANYTHING from them again. Im sorry but if i pay for something and specify what i want, i expect to get what i asked for, not something completely different.
A small-ish store, I considered giving it only three stars... if not for Kurt. So stop by to see Kurt. And to smell the (literal & proverbial) flowers.
Very friendly service with beautiful flowers my mother was admitted to the hospital Friday afternoon and wouldn't be released until possibly Monday or Tuesday. As I'm working and a 5hour drive from her I wanted to send some flowers I called Eugene's flower home at 430 Saturday and asked the impossible can you please deliver flowers to the hospital...even though they had 30mins to closing and delivery s already out they gladly took my order and delivered the flowers after hours and made my mother's day! Thank you so much!
Update: Without actually calling them or getting in contact with them, Eugene Flower Home decided to make up for the my last purchase and sent an all new beautiful boque to my girlfriend at work. She said they were much better looking and smelt amazing. Just want to say that's some great customer service, and now I know their true potential is much better than I first thought!
