I ordered a large bouquet of flowers via 1-800 Flowers and Centennial Flowers was contracted to make the bouquet. The bouquet that was delivered was a small arrangement, pedals falling off, ribbon hanging down on the vase. The arrangement was taken back to the store to be fixed and Vicky (store employee) got upset and made my Sister leave the store without fixing the arrangement. The money spent was a lot and what was delivered was worth $5.00. That was poor customer service and poor quality of flowers. Grocery stores make better arrangements than Centennial Flowers. I also recommended to 1-800 Flowers to never use their store again.
Don't ever buy your flowers from this place for a special occasion or ever...boyfriend who lives far away called much in advance for flowers for Valentine's Day. The flowers never came, yet they charged his card. When he called to get an explanation he kept getting "We'll get back to you". Yeah...find it pretty crazy that these people can't seem to deliver flowers for a special occasion. Or ever.
