I always get great service here. Mike ortiz is the best. He always makes sure to help me understamd whats going on as well as make me feel more than welcome. Everyone that ive dealt with here is very accomodating!! Im so glad i bought a car here. No more visits to shotty mechanics!!
Was an ok experience. Something is odd with my car though. No one can pinpoint the problem there which is worrying. When I told them it's definitely not right, they shrugged me off. There was also a gentleman in the maint. dept that was cracking jokes at my expense saying I didn't know much about the car I bought. Very unprofessional and concerning that they made light out of a concerned customer about a car he got 2 weeks prior. Not sure I will return for another car there.

When I was talking to the manager, the guy kept butting in with sarcastic remarks and laughing. When I had to say "i'm not talking to you", the other guy there defended him. Very bad experience for my first time with an issue. The group that does the oil are nice. My gripe was with car repair. They are definitely nicer to you when buying a car. Haven't heard from my salesman since to check on the car. All I get are automated emails that ask me to come buy a new one. Was not a very warming experience. Though who really expects that from car lots.
Was immediately approached by a salesman, as you would expect. However, when we stated we were seriously only looking he gave us his name and said let him know if we have any questions. We walked around the lot without being bothered again. Now that we have done some research we will definitely be back when we decide to buy.
