Save your money. There are so many better bike shops in Eugene. This one is overpriced and the owner had poor customer service skills and doesn't care. You'd be better off letting the transients that sit outside work on your bike. It would be cheaper and at least they're knowledgeable about bicycles in general.
I hit a slick patch and biffed it on my bike. Needed my brake levers and shifters replaced. Rode over and set up the repair, which was timely, friendly, and economical. I am happy to have this shop a mile from my house!
