Very good service, came in and needed 2 parts for my bmx bike, and new grips, and they got it all done within 15 minutes, and I was on my way.
Good service and help. They specialize in mountain biking and BMX . Not much inventory on the commuter/ road biking stuff. I'll always come back because these guys are nice always jump right in and fix my bike. I do wish there was more waterproof clothing and gloves, also more accessories for my commuter but thats what Arriving by Bike is for.
Will answered all my questions with great enthusiasm. I haven't been near a bike in about 10 years he explained everything very clear so I could understand. Going back next weekend to buy the bike he showed me.
Wow! What a joy and surprise when I walked into Hutch's for the very first time yesterday. I had a hard time finding forks for an older Schwinn cruiser. None of the other "trendy" bike shops around town gave me the time of day or even offered to look up or even order what I needed. Eventually I was able to locate a suitable replacement online. Unfortunately, they needed to be cut down & a new headset purchased and installed. I found Hutch's by word of mouth (Thanks to Troy @ Simply Cycle). Not only did they have the parts on the shelf, they cut down the steer tube and installed the headset right then and there. And it was completely affordable. Their customer service totally blew my mind! I will definitely be back!
I took my husband's new bike, a older specialized, in for a tune up on Monday and they had it done by Thursday as estimated. Not only that, the guys in the shop gave me a quote for repairs, and when I came to pick it up, they had done more than I expected to fix the bike and get it into working order. It came in on the low end of the price estimate. Thanks, Hutch's! 5 stars. Will be back.
