Unprofessional in their business conduct at the end of a contract. Cut my lock off , threw my belongs out of storage even with the bill paid and placed another lock on it before I canceled my contract. I would not rent from them again.
We've been using 42nd street mini storage for over a year now and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Their facilities are always clean. We've had no issues with pests and are extremely pleased with their friendly customer service.
These people do not care about you or the hard times you are going though.
This is the best storage place in Springfield! They went out of their way to get me into a temporary spot and then went even further to get me a bigger unit. They were great, highly recommended
The guys working in the office was super funny and made our whole experience fun and enjoyable consodering why we needed a storage unit.

This place is not at all a good place to do business. Not at all help full infact me and my family just had our mom and sister both pass away in the same month. My mom had a massive stroke and my sister witch was only 34 years old passed away from a heart attack. We are not rich by any means we payed a lot of money for those costs. I called asked asking them to work with me on the coast they said no. Mind you all my sister's and mom's stuff is in there. They said the stuff just needs to be paid and you need to move the stuff out. In the mix of this they tacked another 15 dollars on to the bill witch is now 145.00
