Almost next door to a Payless ShoeSource, this store was bigger... though on the downside, sections aren't marked very well. I might also mention that the chick working there was wearing pants so tight, I could see her next of kin.
Applause for this store and manager Gerry Brode. This store arranged a donation to Guy Lee School of 385 pairs of shoes, a pair for every student there. The store covered all but about $200 in costs. I have not shopped here but the next time I need shoes I'm coming to this store first! Thanks Rack Room Shoes for being such a great neighbor!
The manager, Jerry, is a great guy. He really helped me out and gave such excellent customer service! He answered all of the questions I had and ran all over the store showing me what I was looking for. He even ordered shoes for my daughter to be sent to my house! I definitely recommend shopping here and working with Jerry.
Worst customer service experience ever. Bought a pair of rain boots for $44.95. Error with their chip reader caused the transaction to go through twice. Tried to get help from the store personnel. They told me it was not possible for the system to charge me twice. Obviously that is not true. I reached out to the corporate customer service. They looked into it and also told me I was not charged twice. I gave them transaction dates, times, store, and card number. I can see the money leave my account twice. I confirmed it was not a pending transaction. Now I have to try to prove to my bank I didn't buy two pairs of the same boots 1 minute apart because nobody can look up or reverse a transaction. Hope the $44.95 was worth it because it means I will never shop here again and am actively telling everyone I know about my experience.
