Dirty, filled with children that won't get out of the street. No one enforces the rules so good luck finding a place to turn around. Oh and feral cats everywhere, that are sick and dying. Management wouldn't do anything about the sick, dying wild cats and just expects you clean them up when you inevitably find them dead in your yard. They also don't enforce noise or fire ordinances. 0/10 would live here again.
