I would give then a 0 if I could. If you take medicine that your life depends on do not use this pharmacy. They do not take there job seriously. My dad had been out of his cancer meds for a few days and had gone in several times they said they were waiting g on the doctor the doctor said the had sent them. We went to the pharmacy the next day to get them and they said they have not got the refill from the doctor a day later. Now later the same day an ambulance ride and at the ER they are suddenly ready days later.
I get a monthly prescription which I just switched from Walgreens to the Savon pharmacy in Springfield Or, Thurston area, because Walgreens doesn't take my insurance anymore. Last month they had trouble completing my prescription because somewhere along the line part of it wasn't on the paper script. So they contacted Walgreens to get a copy of the original but they couldn't read it so they just filled it the one time and was supposed to get it straightened out by the next time I get it refilled in a month. Well that month went by i called in my refill they said it would be ready in a few minutes. So I go to pick it and only part of it was filled again. And tried telling me they never filled the full order before for me. I said uh yeah ya did last month and she proceeded to argue with me like I'm a liar telling me they never did. So once again they were supposed to contact Walgreens to get the original AGAIN, and call me back by this evening. Guess what? No return phone call, no prescription, no proper customer service. I will be switching pharmacy's tomorrow and I will never recommend This Savon pharmacy in Springfield Or, 56th and main St. To anyone. Because on top of all that they are rude and short with people acting like we are a hindrance in their day.
Four years of using them every month, never a problem, and the staff has always been friendly enough, and helpful. Good folks.
Always on top of refills and fill in timely manner. Very pleasant staff.
This pharmacy has the worst service. They are rude and inconsiderate of people and how much they are paying. Sometimes they won't even check to see if you can get a discount and then you have to fight with them on the total for your prescriptions. I believe there are only 2 good workers at this location and majority of the time they are not the front desk help. Time for a new pharmacy.
