Incredibly rude and unwelcoming
Had a reservation and they had trucks in parking lot but said they didn't have our reservation. Sent us 3 miles down the road said they called had truck there get there had to wait 20 min for someone to come in to office took 40 min to get paperwork done. Next day go to return the original uhaul gave us the wrong place to return found out after waiting half hour in line. NEVER had such horrible experience with uhaul.
So far it's a clean facility, with cameras and open most days of the year. The management are nice enough. Its not 24 hour access,nor are there any lights inside storage spaces. All storage is ridiculously expensive and I have yet to find out if there will be mold or mice damage. I set out decon and dry z air so time will only tell. Uhaul is available and several buildings are currently under construction. Several small businesses are located on the premises.
