Was there for a birthday party on Saturday morning. Even though we were paying customers, and took up most of the lobby, they would not allow us to change the channel on the television to something else. The pizza was overpriced, the salad bar was underwhelming, and it took forever to get any kind of service. As well, it was like pulling teeth to get the person on shift (bigger woman, receding hairline, raspy voice, dark hair, wasn't wearing her name tag), to give us her attention when we came up to the counter. Instead, she loudly complained when she didn't think we could hear her. The quality of service and the price just aren't worth it. You've lost yourself several customers. We will be taking out business elsewhere.
Pizza was good but if the services are not there I will not return no matter how good the pizza is!
I order two of there specials of the month. payed almost 40 dollars and the pizza was the worst i ever had in my life. The crust was like cardboard , there was hardly and sauce on the pizza, the cheese was like rubber, and the topping were small and hardly any on the pizza. they use to have really good pizza and now it sucks. the pizza was cold. i got there 5 minutes after they said it would be ready and it was like eating tastes rubber. i tried to take back the pizza that wasn't eaten to just show them. and they wouldn't even talk to me. they just saw me walk in and scattered stood at the counter for 25 minutes before leaving.
Good pizza, but not great. Which wouldn't be a problem if the prices weren't set to great
Bread sticks, salad bar and pizza are top notch. Good natured employees and incredibly unique decor. Family friendly and impromptu birthdays held here both times I've stopped in.
Service just was not what I expected! Had all you can eat salad but there was very little lettuce, all the sides were not in there place due to partially being changed out but employee was too busy talking to other employees. Ordered pizza at 4:50 & did not get until 5:30. Place was not busy! There were 3 customers with my family included. They got their pizzas in 15 min after ordering. I had nothing out of ordinary.
Oh ya one other thing is my 12 year old daughter tried to get a box to go and they ignored her!
Probably will not return nor recommend
