Great place for those who do make a lot
Slum Ville 101, Not to mention the place is 50+ years old and falling apart! Its now having mold issues due to the removal of the lead wood and replaced it with aluminum siding. The tiles have Asbestos under them! They have a major ant and spider problem! The neighbor hood consists of the low income, the elderly, the disabled, etc. Which they don't seem to care about! When you put in work orders takes them 3 years to get around to the problem, they send the tenants erroneous bills! They are quick to the punch to give their tenets threats of evictions! This place ends up being your prison, which they'll keep charging you for all the repairs that come into light! Keeping you further in dire straits! You will get a "Letter of concern about anything and everything" Preventing you from getting on a different list of section 8! Its funny how they act like the care about the checks you keep sending them! My mother also died in these slums, under the care of a 4 year squatter that they didn't even know that he was there! OMG so much for their housing investigations! These are the ghettos of Springtucky! Get the hell out only if you are lucky! Erf!
