Ambassador replaced my old inefficient wood insert with gas many years ago and have provided annual service and cleaning since. I have been extremely satisfied with the service they provide. The staff is always courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. I would deal with no other. Highly recommended to people i like. The others I might send to a competitor.
Walking in the showroom at Ambassador's was a night and day experience. Owner Matt is a real dude. Honest. Knows his stuff. Took the time to make sure I really understood what I was buying. He could write a book on customer service.
The staff at Ambassador Piping have been very helpful, friendly, skilled, and easy to work with. We love our beautiful new gas fireplace and use it multiple times every day. The installation was excellent and the fireplace looks wonderful and has added a welcome update to our home. We highly recommend the services of Ambassador Piping and their hard working staff.
