Great experience here. Everyone is really nice and Courtney Hoobler who cut my hair and did my nails did an amazing job! I definitely recommend her! She's such a sweet hilarious girl.
3 weeks before my wedding I wanted a spiral perm, I had long shoulder length hair, highlighted once in 8yrs. The perm was over processed, melted all of my hair, didn't want to cut more than a inch or two off, instead more than 9in off!! Barely touches my neck now. My hair is ruined, my heart broken. Ive cried for days. My girl was too distracted and emotional. Didn't rince out the chemicals before the next one was applied. Dont know why they put me under heat with a perm. Hair continues to break off and falling out. Have to cut it again because its cut so uneven, making it even shorter, took 8yrs to grow out.
Went to get a full set, my nails are very pointy because she did not even file, the acrylic is only on half my nail. I payed for the file kit and they never even gave it to me. Never going back. Not to mention the girl who did them was unprofessional.
How often can you say, after getting out of the hair cutter's chair, "Wow, this is just what I was asking for"? Not very often, I don't think. And I can't quite say that this time but I am confident I will next time. There was a little detail I didn't express myself about quite clearly beforehand. The lady who cut my hair, Brandi, was very helpful and even wrote out a description in barber talk of how the cut is done. So, supposedly I can share that with any hair cutter to get the same thing, but I'll still be hoping to get her to do the next job. It's a big help when you can use the terms the professionals use to describe what you want done. I've spent a lot more money than this to get worse haircuts lots of times. UPDATE : Another cut - Results the same : I'm very pleased and hope this lady doesn't move out of the area when she's completed her courses!
Don't go here if you have curly hair. They have messed up my hair every time I've gone. 3 times. Great hair cuts for my straight haired children.
