Zach was there to help us every step of the way. He listened to what we wanted and then helped us find the perfect items. He is very kind and respectful. He even gave me and my husband time alone to talk over what we really wanted. Zach explained what he was doing every step of the way and made sure that we understood it all. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was really particular about finding the perfect mattress and i definitely was allowed to figure things out on my own without being pressured into anything. They also had this really awesome device that measures your pressure points and says which is the best mattress for you based on how you sleep. I’m really excited about getting my new mattress and getting some great nights of sleep on it :)
My husband and I were impressed by the tech which allowed us to visually see our own pressure areas and accurately assessed the right type of mattress for us both. Tiera & the whole staff was great! Plus, we know our support of Ashley in turn supports the local community and children who need beds. We can't wait for our new bed to be delivered!

Had the most wonderful experience at Ashley's over Labor Day weekend. Ryan was helping me for the better part of the day and was amazing. He was patient with me and my daughter as we were trying to decide which bedroom sets we liked. From giving us quotes on different sets to helping me pick the perfect mattress he was not pushy or rushed me on the slightest, they stayed open far past closing just to make sure we left happy.
