I have been trying to add a new bill to my already existing account with healthfirst financial, and it is impossible to do through the site. It clearly states on my statement to go online to pay, but I am not able to even add or bring up the new charge. When I call customer service I am told I have to contact the original biller and have them add the charge on the website which makes no sense to me since the statement is from HealthFirst Financial. No one seems to know what the hell they are doing and this site is a JOKE!

I've had an easy time paying my Samaritan medical fees and getting into my account with health first solutions. You can set it up so they email you when you get a new fee. It was easy to add more fees on. I've had very good customer service so far. Sorry that it isn't nice to work there, though.

Can't get representatives on the phone and when you do you get short answers and crappy explanations I can't get on the portal anymore they did something and noone will help me figure it out. They're not open on the weekends or after hours at all so if you work during the day don't expect to be able to talk to anybody on your lunch break because you're going to be on hold at least an hour. Right now I'm looking at credit card options to transfer my medical that too. healthfirst Financial is a joke!

I've had very good service with the company. I didn't have too many reasons to call after my account was set up. I made my payments as promised and was always able to access the website. However, they did just change the portal but its easy to update your information. You have to add a password and provide a security question, as before you used a code number to access your account. Sorry it's not a good company to work for, but the next one you work for probably won't be either.

I cannot believe that this company can survive. I have had an account for 6 months. I tried adding another bill to the account and have had nothing but problems. Definelty no help from the numerous calls to the customer service phone number, they seem to change things willy nilly with no clue what they are doing.
