Practical Computers and have a system built to my needs. Praised them for their work and systems they built not some factory built machine I did not need. Went to their store and met with Cindy! Very professional and obviously very knowledgeable of her product. Placed an order and two days later had it installed. WOW!!!! Completely satisfied with everything! This extremely fast and easy to use. The installer was fantastic and took his time to redo my setup and explain what he was doing and how to use the various equipment I purchased. The first few days had to call for assistance on a few issues I was confused about and their staff immediately assisted me. I also like fact that should there be any need to have work done on the tower or equipment they are only 6 miles away thus do not have to take it/sen to an out of State Manufacture! Thus being without a computer for several Days!!!! Hopefully this has been helpful and I strongly recommend these folks to you!!! DB
I was looking for a computer store to handle all my computer needs, practical started off strong, I even referred my family, then the snowball experience began. I brought in a laptop that was having problems, they called me saying it was repaired. I arrived and when we started laptop the problem was alive and well. Now they say it cannot be repaired so I bought a new laptop and when I returned for service they told me it couldn't be repaired. I called HP and they are in the process of providing me service that practical should have done. Every time I returned with more business the prices got higher and higher and the service less and less. Okay for initial visit but long term care not suggested. I guess return customer means nothing to them
This a OK computer shop. I will have to say that they are way over priced for computers. But with saying that they are pushing Intel CPU's, for me I really like shops that have both CPU's not just one. I would have to say that this shop is more for business. Or high end people that have a lot of money.
I have been doing business with practical computers for many years and I can honestly say you have my business for life and appreciate the excellent service and very honest people. Not to mention the very nice lady that greets you with a big smile and happy personalty.

My power adapter cord had some damage and they did not have a replacement for me so he took thirty minutes and fixed my existing cord for a 1/4 of the price of a new one, AWESOME!
