I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I HAD TO ASSIST THE TAX AGENT ON GETTING ME A CORRECT REFUND AFTER PAYING $160.00. THE AGENT I WORKED WITH WAS UNAWARE OF TAX CREDITS AND PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH ME WHEN I WAS IN FACT CORRECT. I SPOKE WITH DENISE ABOUT THE ISSUE (THE OWNER) AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME
Hard time getting a phone call back after leaving several messages. Never did get a call back. Prices are incredibly high for minor getting simple taxes done. My fault though, I should have called around.
